How do I place an order?

Place an order by clicking on the product you wish to purchase, select how many products you would like to purchase and then click on checkout which will take you to a secure payment screen where you can define your payment method and desired delivery options

What are my payment options?

VISA, Mastercard, AfterPay and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or money orders. 

Are online transactions secure?

Njoybydesign Dolls & Little Things assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification and have meet the Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) was adopted by the Payment Card Industry Council in 2005 with the aim of protecting card holder data used during online payments. It is backed by MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa (source). We also offer Afterpay options, a way in which you can buy now and pay for your purchase in monthly installments. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

What is the currency used for your prices?

All prices are listed in Australian (AUS) Dollars

Are we a drop-shipping store?

No all of our products are purchased and imported to Australia from USA, Cananda, China & Sweden at this stage. Because we physically hold stock it means that we can quality check and test all items.

What Scale do you sell?

We only sell 1:12 & 1:18 scaled miniature furniture and accessories.

What Brands do we sell?

Are any of our products handmade?

Yes we have a small range of handmade products that are made from scratch or refurbished and restored by Njoybydesign Dolls and Little Things

Are any of our products second hand?

Yes we sell new and secondhand items. All Collector dolls are listed and sold in original packaging only, minor damage to boxes is sometimes evident but most are in overall good condition and remain un-opened. Products include Mattel Barbie & Skipper Dolls and a collection of Vintage Porcelain Miniature Dolls from Europe

What is your pricing and discount policy?

Our prices are fair taking into consideration that 90% of our stock is imported into Australia and we regularly review.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an email notification soon after you place your order. We will also send you tracking information for your shipment.

How do I change or cancel an order?

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by sending us a message on our contact us page

Are these products suitable for children?

Our products are miniature scale items and not intended for use as a toy due to small parts and not recommended for children 12 years old and younger.

What are your shipping methods and costs?

Australia Post Standard 250g Parcel Free Shipping

Australia Post Express 250g Parcel is $15.00 Flat Rate

Australia Post Standard International 250g Parcel (all countries outside Australia) is $28.00 Flat Rate

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once payment is cleared items are dispatched within 24 hours (this may take a bit longer during Christmas and public holidays). Please allow 1-5 business days for Australia wide delivery and United States 10-14 days and 10-20 days for Europe.

International customers: Once your item has been shipped the duration and expected delivery time is out of my control. Prices indicated by Njoybydesign Dolls & Little Things do not include taxes applicable to your specific country or customs fees, these are the responsibility of the customer

What is your refund policy?

Njoybydesign Dolls & Little Things want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy, you can return products for a full refund within 30 days. Once authorized, we will refund your payment less shipping charges. Please return orders in original form and packaging and within 14days of the return being authorized.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We make every effort to ensure your order will arrive safely. Because issues can arise during transit, please check your package for any damage on arrival. Any visual carton damage or breakage must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. We recommend making all claims directly with the carrier. We also recommend doing so ASAP since failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim. Then Contact Us so we can make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. 

What happens if my package is refused or undelivered?

Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, we will notify you and ask you for a correct address. We will then resend your order or refund you in full if you choose not to have your ordered reshipped.

Who pays for the shipping to return an unwanted item?

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges to return an unwanted item unless it was damaged in transit.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

No, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Do you have an online affiliate program?

We do not have an affiliate program at this time.
